Two ways to work together
I offer two distinct services. Which one is right for you depends on your goals, budget, and how quickly you want to start.
Option 1: Weekly Therapy (Tue–Thu)
Session length55 minutes
Frequency Once per week, same day/time
Insurance accepted? Yes
Cash rate $200/session (if you prefer not to use insurance)
Best for Ongoing support, complex cases needing slower pacing, or clients who prefer weekly check-ins
Current wait time 6+ months (my weekly schedule is full)
How you get off the waitlist: When an existing weekly client graduates or drops, I offer their slot to the next person in line. With 26 weekly slots, turnover is slow.
Option 2: EMDR Intensive (Monday or Friday)
Session length: 2–6 hours in one day (or split across two days)
Frequency: One-time or occasional
Insurance accepted? No (cash only – Superbill can be provided per request for out-of-network reimbursement)
Cash rate $200/hour
Best for: Focused trauma work, single events, or condensing months of therapy into days
Current wait time 2–4 weeks
Typical investment:
-
Mini intensive (3 hours): $600
-
Single-target intensive (3–6 hours): 600–600–1,200
-
Chronic/developmental intensive (12–20+ hours): 2,400–2,400–4,000+
-
Payment plans available for intensives over $1,200 – ask for details.
How the $200 screening call fee works:
You pay $200 for a 60-minute screening call. If you schedule an intensive within 30 days, the $200 is credited to your intensive price. The screening becomes free if you move forward.

Weekly therapy works well for many people. But sometimes you want to go deeper, faster — without months of starting and stopping.
An EMDR intensive condenses hours of trauma processing into one or two days. You show up, we work, and you leave with significantly reduced distress — often in a fraction of the time weekly therapy would take.
